Booking Policy:-

1. Person Booked with NFA shall be joining any tour or activity at their own risk and responsibility

2. NFA shall not be responsible for any injury to passengers or damage to their property due to accident or mishap.

3. NFA has right to Cancel any one of the activity

4. All activities depend on weather conditions, 50% refundable in case of bad weather or other natural calamities as occur.

5. No refund on immediate cancellation

6. All disputes subject to Manali Jurisdiction

Given Below are Our Term & Conditions

All bookings for the camps/trips/tours/treks with “Northern Face Adventures” are subject to the following conditions:

1. Every participant is required to read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly and fill in the booking form in capitals and in own handwriting. An "Indemnity Bond" also needs to be signed by the participant. No booking will be confirmed without it. A soft copy of the booking form and Indemnity are to be E-mailed to us and hardcopy has to be handed over to us at the base camp.

2. All the bookings will be confirmed with the full and final amount of the excursion.

3. Northern Face Adventures reserves the right to alter details of the services, facilities, Camp/trip/tour/trek and vehicle described in the itinerary at any time, when deemed necessary, reasonable and advisable.

4. During the excursion, the decision of the Guide will be final and binding.

5. Maximum efforts are made to ensure the safety of the participant. But please understand there are certain hazards involved in your adventurous holidays which cannot be fore seen and you must accept at your own risk. The "society" will not be liable for any major illness, injury, death sustained during the trip, nor will it be liable for any uninsured losses of your property.

6. In case any participant falls sick during the excursion, the medical, travel, porter and any other expenses has to be borne by the concerned individual. However, primary medical facilities will be made available wherever possible.

7. Any damage, other than that attributable to fair wear and tear, to the equipments by the participants will be billed to him/her. Our decision on all such matters will be final and binding.

8. All cancellations must be in writing, signed by the participant and will be effective from the date of receipt by Northern Face Adventures. Only registered E-Mail shall be used for all the correspondence.

9. Refund and cancellation: There will be no full refund.
